Rounell Moffet, founder and principle of Rou-Nell and Associates, has been working in the industry since 1994 and has experience in selling, leasing and business broking in the commercial, retail and industrial field.

In 2001 Rounell started selling residential property for Latsky Properties, before deciding to take on the market on her own in 2002. She worked from her home in Muizenberg till April 2007. During this time she established a rental arm to Rou-Nell and Associates under the name Rousan Rentals.

In May 2007 Rou-Nell and Associates moved to a newly developed area known as Muizenberg North. This is the perfect setting for people who want to live close to the beach in a safe and secure area, and Rou-Nell and Associates are perfectly positioned to take advantage of the about 1600 new homes built in the area.

Rounell completed a course in the Commercial Industrial and Retail field through the University of Pretoria in 1995. She also received a Sectional Title Specialist Realtor Certificate from the University of Cape Town in May 2008.
