| Muizenberg |
Muizenberg with its stunning wide sand beaches,
turquoise-blue water and one of the bays best sheltered from
the wind on the Cape Peninsula is ideal for surfers and for
children alike.
Due to the warm Mozambique currents of the east coast the
water is considerably wa rmer
than on freezing the western Atlantic coast. The warm water
of False Bay also results in very moderate temperatures. The
name False Bay originated from the fact that passing ships
used to stop here mistaking it for Table Bay.
Only 25 minutes away from Cape Town city center there is
easy access to hustle and bustle of the city combined with
tranquility of beautiful beaches and breathtaking views.
The historic mile between Muizenberg and St. James has been
part of the main thoroughfare to Simon's Town ever since 1742.
The variety of architectural style buildings and the history
of these residences makes a stroll along the seaside walkway
an interesting and pleasant experience.
Next door to Muizenberg is Capricorn Park. An innovative business
and technology park - the largest of its kind in Africa. It
is an award-winning center which offers wold class conference
facilities and great business opportunities in a secure and
hi-tech environment.
